We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us within 5 working days for a full refund or exchange - items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. We recommend that you use insured, registered delivery service and obtain proof of purchase, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original delivery charge or the return postage unless the item(s) are faulty, in which case we will reimburse you in full.
Any missing/damaged item(s) must be reported to the company within 48 hours of receipt of your order. The company is unable to accept any responsibility for the loss of a parcel, unless reported to the company within 48 hrs following the confirmed date of dispatch.
Where an item is to be returned please email email@example.com in the first instance, stating your reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund. If an item is damaged, an image is necessary.
Refunds will be processed with 21 days of receipt of your returned items.
